GINKGO coffeehouse opened in 1993 on 721 N. Snelling Avenue, in the heart of the Hamline Midway neighborhood of St. Paul, Minnesota. With a philosophy that everyone is welcome, and that high quality food and drinks can be affordable, GINKGO is a popular stop for a quick meal, or a long meeting.

Our flagship store has been serving great food and coffee for over 30 years! This location showcases musicians from across North America and hosts events such as a holiday maker fair and concerts for kids.

GINKGO coffeehouse is now open at the Science Museum of Minnesota!
Located in the lobby of the museum (no ticket is required to come in to the lobby), we offer a variety of food and beverages, including all our espresso drinks and smoothies, cold and hot sandwiches, salads, soup and some daily specials. A wide variety of fresh baked goods are available as well.
Hours: Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday 9 am - 3 pm; Friday and Saturday 9 am - 5 pm

These shows are ticketed events, and we create a listening room atmosphere, with no service during the performance. You’ll be amazed at the level of talent featured on these nights!
